Case Study

In Q3 2014, MobiCare technologies offered their solution as a Cloud-based SaaS (Software as a service). As part of this offering, MobiCare sought to provide a CRM solution to manage cloud-based subscribers. In order to manage this new business model, SugarCRM was used to manage both clinician and patient contacts. Clinicians registering for the Cloud service were instantly populated as leads in the SugarCRM system and promoted to opportunities once they had accessed the system more than once, thus allowing for additional marketing opportunities. A custom PHP module was written for SugarCRM in order to synchronize patient GPS locations with the CRM marketing opportunities to identify the optimal price points for the service (MobiCare provided different rates based on the different locations in Ontario due to the higher levels of support required further from the GTA).
